NICA is an energetic, creative architectural design studio located in Germantown, MD founded Oct 1, 2020. Our work ranges from residential, commercial, and retail spaces. With first-hand experience in construction, we have a very detailed creative process. From the smallest LOGO to great communities, we design everything.

Nicole A. Akpedeye, Assoc. AIA is multi-talented architectural designer with several year of experience.

Prior to founding NICA Global Inc, Nicole worked in the Construction Industry as a project manager and estimator for Atlantida Builders, Inc and C&N Associates, LLC.

She also worked at the M-NCPPC as a Graduate Assistant during her Masters degree at the University of Maryland, College Park.

She interned with a Prominent Architectural Firm – ACCL in Lagos Nigeria during her Summer break in 2015.

Nicole holds a Dual Masters in Architecture and Community Planning from University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology.
